The groups we have in mind all use their creativity to make cities better [more fun, more fair]. Creativity that can be expressed in arts projects, activism, but also in just grassroots citizenship”. What they have in common is that they are all initiatives from the bottom up, started up by people themselves, that they are not for profit, and that distances are very small between initiator and participant, between producer and user and between artist and audience.
